The children at Gilbert Elementary School did a great job collecting food for their holiday food drive.  As a reward, one of their teachers (our club member, Anita Easley) organized a doggie fun day for them on December 17, 2008.  There were several different breeds of dog representing such activities as obedience, therapy, agility, and carting.  A big thanks to Kerri who brought Dillion and Daimon for representing our club at the therapy dog booth...and a big thanks to Tess, Kalle, and Legend (and Loralee, Sandy, & Shawna) for giving cart rides to hundreds of kids!  They were exhausted after 90 minutes of constant trips around the basketball court...but they all were excellent representations of the breed and really seemed to enjoy themselves!
